The Reserve at Chrisman Mill, (2454 Logana Pike, Nicholasville, KY 40356), located on Logana Pike in Jessamine County, was built with care preserving the vast majority of trees, the beauty of the land and country style living. Drive through the gorgeous stone entrance to see these scenic home sites. There are two farms with 20+ acres each and 2 farms with 45+ acres each, which are limited to equine use, 42 one-acre home sites divided up into four clusters and 14 five-acre mini-farms. All of the farms, home sites and mini-farms are located along Chrisman Oaks Trail, the main road in the subdivision.  The road is rolling and adds to the beauty of the development. The views are beautiful, scenic and magnificent. The farms are restricted to equine use, and to preserve the value of the land and homes, all farms, home sites and mini-farms are deed restricted. This (all underground utilitites) development is only 10.2 miles from the Tates Creek Road/Man of War Blvd. intersection and only 4.5 miles from downtown Nicholasville.
